Wednesday Speed Work Night

Mizar running track/park

We hold an interval session at Mizhar Park. at 7pm start (we meet at the 600 m mark to do warm up first at 18:40). Actual session starts at the 0 m mark.
Sessions vary.
This week: 5 x 1 mile @ 10k race pace with 2 mins recovery.

Please bring plenty of drinks to keep topped up between
intervals. If you just want to come for a gentle workout then you are welcome to join us on
our warm up and warm down, or do your own thing.
